You can delete your Bazmi Voice Chat account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your information.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Bazmi app and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address or phone associated with your account and we'll process your request:
What gets deleted
When your deletion is processed, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile (name, username, photo, bio, country, gender).
- Your account identifiers (phone/social/guest login).
- Your room, chat history, reactions, and activity tied to your account.
- Your owned cosmetics and any remaining virtual items (see below).
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of data for a period after deletion where necessary to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g., records of purchases or payouts).
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and bans.
- Resolve disputes or respond to lawful requests.
Such data is kept only as long as required and is then deleted or anonymized.
Virtual items & purchases
Deleting your account forfeits any remaining diamonds/coins, gifts, and cosmetics. These have no monetary value and are non-refundable except where required by law or the relevant app store's policy. Manage subscription/purchase history through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Timing
Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days of a verified request. Some backups and legally-retained records may persist for a limited additional period as described above.
