You can delete your Bazmi Voice Chat account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your information.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Bazmi app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Tap AccountDelete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address or phone associated with your account and we'll process your request:

Send an email to support@bazmivoicechat.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and include your username / Bazmi ID and the phone number or sign-in method you used. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting.

Virtual items & purchases

Deleting your account forfeits any remaining diamonds/coins, gifts, and cosmetics. These have no monetary value and are non-refundable except where required by law or the relevant app store's policy. Manage subscription/purchase history through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Timing

Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days of a verified request. Some backups and legally-retained records may persist for a limited additional period as described above.
