1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bazmi Voice Chat ("Bazmi", "we", "us") governing your use of the Bazmi app and website (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Bazmi.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use Bazmi only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must not use Bazmi if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Your account
- You may sign up by phone (OTP), Google, Facebook, or as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bazmi to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred against others.
- Post or transmit sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. This results in immediate removal and reporting to authorities.
- Share illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or pornographic content, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Share others' private information (doxxing) or record/redistribute audio without appropriate consent and lawful basis.
- Spam, scam, run unauthorized promotions, or distribute malware.
- Circumvent security, scrape the Services, or interfere with their operation.

5. Your content & license
You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., profile details, messages, and audio). By posting or transmitting content, you grant Bazmi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services (including delivering live audio, public room listings, and short website previews). You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
6. Voice rooms
Rooms are live and may be public. Room owners and their appointed admins have moderation tools, including the ability to mute, kick, ban, and blacklist users and lock seats. We may also moderate rooms and content to enforce these Terms. Treat anything you say on the mic as potentially heard by others and by website listeners previewing the room.
7. Diamonds, gifts & purchases
- Virtual items (such as diamonds/coins, gifts, frames, effects, and other cosmetics) are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use a feature of the Services. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where we expressly offer a payout/withdrawal feature or where required by law.
- Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Pricing and availability may change.
- Except where required by applicable consumer law or the relevant app store's policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms or upon account deletion.
8. Creator earnings & withdrawals
Where Bazmi offers earnings or withdrawals to eligible hosts, additional eligibility, verification, minimums, fees, and timing may apply, and are subject to our review and applicable law. We may withhold or reverse amounts associated with fraud, chargebacks, or rule violations.
9. Intellectual property
The Bazmi name, logo, app, website, and all related software, design, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the Services and other users. You may stop using Bazmi and delete your account at any time via our Delete Account page.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that user content is accurate or appropriate. You interact with other users at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazmi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State of governing law], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
