Bazmi Voice Chat ("Bazmi", "we", "us", or "our") is a live audio social app where people host and join voice rooms, talk, send virtual gifts, and build communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Bazmi mobile app and the website at bazmivoicechat.com (together, the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bazmi.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & profile: phone number (when you sign up via SMS/OTP), or a Google / Facebook identifier, or a guest identifier; display name, username/ID, profile photo, bio, gender, country, and any cosmetics you choose (avatar frames, entry effects, crown, etc.).
- Content you create: room names and settings, chat messages, reactions, and live audio you transmit while on a microphone.
- Transactions: purchases of diamonds/coins and virtual gifts, and—where available—withdrawal/payout details you submit.
- Support & reports: messages you send to support and reports you file about other users or rooms.
Information collected automatically
- Device & log data: device model, operating system, app version, a device identifier (sent via an
X-Device-IDheader), IP address, and crash/diagnostic logs. - Usage data: rooms you join, time spent, levels and activity, and interactions such as gifts and follows.
- Cookies / local storage (website): the website uses minimal local storage for essential functionality; it does not require you to log in to browse.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services (accounts, rooms, voice, gifts, levels).
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure (e.g., OTP verification, token refresh).
- Process purchases of virtual items and, where applicable, payouts.
- Maintain safety: detect abuse, enforce our rules, and respond to reports (including moderation actions such as mute, kick, ban, and blacklist).
- Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and our users.
4. Live audio & public rooms
We do not sell your voice data. Audio is processed in real time to deliver the live experience and is handled by our real-time audio provider (see "How we share"). We may retain limited records necessary for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run Bazmi:
- Other users: your public profile, room activity, gifts, and live audio are visible to people you interact with.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as: SMS/OTP delivery, social sign-in (Google, Facebook), real-time voice infrastructure, push notifications, media/file storage, and analytics/crash reporting. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Payment processors / app stores for in-app purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play).
- Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Bazmi, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Your rights & choices
- Access & update: view and edit your profile in the app at any time.

- Notifications: manage push notifications in your device settings.
- Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, financial, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures—such as encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and token-based authentication—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Bazmi is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Bazmi operates globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Bazmi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
